Hi,
You can navigate between comments using the navigator pane.
It is not the best solution, but it is a good workaround until they fix
the bug.

This is a known bug in LibreOffice. We have it recorded here:

With the latest LibreOffice_25.2.2_Win_x64, and the latest version of NVDA
at the time of this writing. I am having the hardest time using comments,
editing comments, and viewing comments after the comments pane is open.
When trying to view comments, navigate the comment pane, reply to
comments, and or anything to do with the comment pane, NVDA stops speaking
and I am unable to navigate comments within the pane. I must navigate the
document to find comments and even that can be problematic because there is
no immediate indicator of a comment within a document.
I am a fiction writer and publishers make heavy use of track changes and
comments.
Could a Windows screen reader user direct me to some resources on
utilizing LibreOffice Writer Comments with a screen reader? Preferably NVDA.
