These workarounds could be useful. Thanks for posting them. As for the government/ISPs' ban on blogspot, there is a very simple method to circumvent it. Instead of first going to the blogspot site and then keying in your user name and password, append your user name to the URL with a slash (/), and it will take you directly to the site.
