you can visit the site at www.epw.org.in i too agree EPW is accesible site. earlyer, i have downloaded the lot of material. but for the last two months i have this problem. It may not be a temporary problem with the site. i tryed even using jaws cursor. i find no error message. when i tryed to read the article, sometimes jaws is silent and sometimes say blank.
