There was a team working in NAB Delhi on writing scripts for Tally. You may ask them. However, I think Visio is too complicated for even an experienced script writer. For starters, Visio requires object level scripting. Those who know this outside Freedom scientific can perhaps be counted on finger tips. Also, the level of accessibility also depends on how much information Microsoft is giving through the DOM. You can find these scripters on the Jaws scripts list.
