Tool bars provide the functionality of the respective sites on top of
Internet Explorer. For example, if you have the Google tool bar, you
always have a google search box in Internet Explorer under the menus.
The idea is that you can start searching from any site without going to
the google site. The problem however is the lack of accessibility to
these tool bars. I am not aware of any means to set focus to the tool
bar and navigate through the available buttons. So, I don't use them. If
I want, I can always go to the Google site and start searching.

Regards,
Kiran.
