hae, I don't think only the camps and semenors can give you a healthy opinion about this issue. Because, they may have those camps or seminars only for few hours or so. so, in few hours discussion, it's not possible to ascertain the realistic problems which we are facing. Meanwhile, I haven't started this topic in this list.
