Hi,
I don't know whether anybody has has answered your question since I
was not in touch of AI list for 4 to 5 days.
(1). Press alt for file menu.
(2). Press right arrow till you here call button.
(3). Hit enter key on it.
(4). Press up arrow key once for answer sub menu.
(5).Press right key and you will hear calling person's name.
(6). Hit enter key on it.
(7). You are done.
You can simply press alt key, C for call button, A for answer sub menu
and right arrow and hit enter key on it. You can make hot key also.
(1). Activate tool bar menu (alt+t).
(2). Press down arrow till you hear option....
(3). Hit enter key on it.
(4). press down arrow till you hear answer enable hot key.
(5). tab once and check (global enable hot key) by pressing space bar.
(6). Tab down till you hear save button and hit enter key on it.
(7). When you get call you can hear calling person's name.
(). Press (alt key+ page up) and hit enter key on it.
