Theoritically, system restore is not supposed to touch or modify data files
such mail boxes and folders like my documents. Practically, it is always a
good idea to backup important stuff before doing any major operation.

if you have created those files after making restore point those file will
loose if they are in drive C: please move those files to other drive and
