hi, csr means corporate social responsibility. in effect it is the responsibility that corporates owe towards society i.e. people who are affected directly and indirectly because of the corporates business practices. regarding concessions and schemes there is a publication titled "Programmes and concessions for the Disabled". This publication is available with Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment.
