Hello, It is possible to operate ATM like phone banking technique. If a phone attached to ATM machine then all the menus can be operated by phone key board through phone banking technique. I request our Moderator to forward these mails as joint representations to I.B.A, R.B.I, Ministry of Social welfare and Justice and Ministry of Finance to issue necessary orders.
