Let me introduce you to the list, as best as I can do, for the benefit of
the members who have not heard of you. I am taking this liberty as I know
you won't mind it.

You are lecturer of Political science; you are pursuing your Ph D from
University of Delhi; you run a small but very effective organisation called
'Sambhavana' and you have significant information about issues which can be
very useful to the list. The information that you lost your cell last month
was brought to the notice of the list by Vikas.

I welcome you to the family of Access Indians.
Take care all
