open the desired folder, go to the folder option, locate your folder option
according to your operating system, generally found in tools.  press control
tab to go to the view tab, press tab until you reach treeview, press down
arrow until you reach show all files, if jaws says off, press space to
change it on, press ok.  now select all the tilda files and delete them.
