The reason for the failure to log in to your Yahoo.co.in account from Outlook Express is that the "Enable POP Access" feature has been disabled in your account. Generally, this feature is enabled by default, but lately I have come across some cases where this feature was disabled. In order to enable this feature, do the following steps. 1. Log into your Yahoo.co.in account on the web. 2. Select "Options" 3. One of the available choices under this category will be POP Access 4. Enable it and save the changes.
