Dear friends, I want to know if it is possible to run a OCR program on a document /picture already in the computer. If such a thing is possible, please give the step by step procedure.
I would prefer not to print out the document /picture and then scanning it in the normal manner. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
