Check to see if you are using the Windows Classic theme in Control Panel > Display settings. Make sure that you have administrator rights on your machine if you are using an older version of Jaws like 5.0. Jaws may have support for Lotus Notes. When you are in the application, press Insert+F1 twice quickly to open application specific help (if any) for Lotus Notes.
