The converter is part of the CD distributed by Ministry of Information and
technology. This is the one released by Sonia Gandhi a few months ago. The
name of font converter is parivartan.

You could download this from the TDIL web site. Just search of technology
development in indian languages in google and you will find it easily.
Parivartan is a 43 MB download.
