VIBRATING WATCH
     Swiss watchmaker Tissot has created a watch that enables visually
impaired people to tell time through vibrations. By briefly pressing the
watch's crown and then running the finger clockwise around the glass, the
wearer can "feel" the time through the constant vibration on the hour and
intermittent vibrations for the minutes corresponding to one of the 12
