Hi Jean, It is unlikely that the proxy server would be the culprit in this case. Usually, most companies only allow internal access to the proxy server which means that as a user, you cannot access the proxy server from outside unless you have the requisite credentials. Check your Internet Explorer settings under the Internet options dialog box. If a proxy server is defined there, erase the definition.
