Hi Vishal,
In excel go in the window menu and press enter on New Window. This would open
another window of the same excel file. In this second window, place your cell
highlighter in the questions section. Then by pressing alt + tab, you would be
able to toggle between your answers and questions.

Otherwise you may even split the screen, the option for it is again available
in the window menu. Place your cell highlighter at the position above whcih u
like to have a split. Place it in the column A if you want only two horizontal
splits. Place it in the row 1 if u want only two vertical splits. Now you can
move between the different splitted screens by pressing f6. so u can keep the
focus of your cell highlighter on questions in one split and on the answers
area in another split.

try it, i think any of the above should serve your purpose

Subject: Re: [AI] Problem with Excel

Hello Pranav Lal sir,
I am using Office XP and I am talking about a normal Excel sheet. As per my
experience JAWS first reads the contents of the cell and then the cell
reference.

I am able to solve this problem by changing the screen echo to nun as
suggested by Hari sir,but I am able to work on other computers without
changing the Screen echo to nun.

The other thing is I want JAWS to read the contents of a cell without
actually moving the curser to that cell is to increase my speed in solving
problems.
the question is written in a cell and I need to post the entries in some
other cell, it becomes a very tedious job to go to the question and come
back to post them every time, instead if I can read the question without
going to the cell, I can do the work much faster.
Please let me know if there is any solution for this.
Thank you.

Vishal Jain
