Going to CCPD would be time consuming. It is advisable to file a Writ
Petition before the concerned High Court directing the authority to admit
the girl and for seeking interim order for restraining the authority from
pursuing the further admission process or keep a sheet unfilled till the
disposal of the Writ application. The girl can file a petition under Right
to Information act. But I it may also long time process. BV----- Original
