hello madam, yes it is possible. at the time of admission first the general list will be prepared. all those who have secured highest marks will be acomodated there. whether he or she is VH or normal. if they fail to get admission in that category then only the support of reservation will be taken. the same procedure is being followed in the case of SC and ST also regards Dattu Agarwal

Suppose that a Management Institute has only a single seat reserved for the VH and more than one VH candidate is successful in clearing the entrance exam of the Institute. Also, two of the successful VH candidates have secured high enough marks that if they had not been blind, they could have secured admission in through the General List. Now, as only one seat is reserved for the VH, the VH candidate obtaining the highest marks gets the seat. But the second candidate with high enough marks to qualify through the General list also, what will happen to him? Can he be considered while giving admissions through the General category? Also, is there any legal precedent or CCPD order in this matter? Awaiting your replies.
