Folks: I have certain strange problems while using JAWS (5.0), particularly while reading E-mails.
First of all, if the headline of a press release is mentioned in block letters, jaws doesn't understand that and repeatedly reads it as blank. Secondly, for reasons unclear to me, it reads the last portion of the mail, especially things like mobile phone numbers, e-mails and websites of the sending agencies in French. This causes a lot of problems as I need to select the particular portion. Do any of you know why this occurs?
