Hi Fayaz,

I had a similar problem until recently, when I had my phone line checked.
Once the phone line was repaired and the noise eliminated, this problem
disappeared altogether. In my case, the problem was being caused by
excessive crackle in the phone line. If you notice a lot of noise in your
phone line, contact BSNL and have the phone line repaired. This should
instantly solve the problem.

Subject: [AI] connection instability

Hi Friends,

My internet connectivity drops after say every 30 minutes and I'm required
to restart windows. I don't understand if the problem is with the ISP or
windows itself.

If the problem is with windows what steps can I take to fix the problems.
I'm using windows XP and BSNL's dataone connection.

looking forward for your suggestions.

With regards,
Fayaz
