Hi Shadab,

I am not sure of outloud but i have been using window-eyes for last 5 years 
or so. It is  compatible with most popular windows  operating systemns and 
applications. one can move and click  the mouse pointer through key board 
commands using window-eyes. Please do let me know if you have got specific 
questions.
