Hello, Everybody should take this opportunity to raise our voice. We must emphasise on a single and bilingual identity card which should be accepted all over India. The procedure should be so simplified that a handicapped person may obtain it at the nearest government hospital within a single day.
In west Bengal we have to visit the Social Welfare office and the hospital at least 7 or 8 times to obtain a identity card. Best regards, Amiyo.
