Agree Deepak. I still feel that the concern must reach to appropriate authorities, so have filed a complaint on pgportal which is treated by Railway Board and have written to Department of Disability Affairs, MSJE. Unfortunately Supreme Court registry does not take e-mails into account, otherwise would have written to them as well.
