Dear Friends, Today I faced a strange problem and was not able to resolve it on my own , hence I request your help to solve the same, today when I opened my inbox in Microsoft Outlook7 JAWS was reading only the sender that "from XYZ" but was not reading the subject of the mail, even while replying or forwarding mail JAWS wasn't reading the subject line, I even tried pressing Shift+Tab after opening the message still JAWS din't read the subject I had to press Left and Right Arrows to know the subject, with JAWS it was at least reading who the sender is, but NVDA didn't even read that it was just reading "List Item" can any of you explain why this happens and how to resolve it? Thanking in anticipation!
