Governments apathy is evident even in the delay in the inordinate release of
allocations under HSPN for colleges and universities.

Subject: [AI] CCPD!

Dear All,

Mr Pincha retired in December, so did Mr Dhariyal. The Govt was aware that
the two of them would be retiring. It is amazing that we are now in
September almost and yet have no clue as to who is going to drive the
CCPD's functions. Mr Lov Verma, the Secretary of the Ministry is supposed
to have additional charge but not sure if he has the bandwidth in terms of
time and experience to handle the CCPD's job.

So where do we stand? Is there something we as disabled people should be
doing?

George
