It is amazing that we are now in September almost and yet have no clue as to who is going to drive the CCPD's functions. Mr Lov Verma, the Secretary of the Ministry is supposed to have additional charge but not sure if he has the bandwidth in terms of time and experience to handle the CCPD's job. So where do we stand?
