Hi all, To use dragon naturally speaking effectively with jaws for Windows, you need middleware called J-say. J-say is bridging technology which will allow jaws for Windows to be controlled with dragon naturally speaking. As regards the microphone that comes with the programme, it works for a start. However, it is preferable to purchase a special noise cancelling microphone. I will be discussing this during the demonstration.
Also, you need the professional version of dragon naturally speaking. The key advantage of this version is that it allows you to create macros. So, let us say that you have a document template. Using a simple voice command, you can generate that template and have it ready to go. On my home computer, I have automated most things and, I can work completely hands-free if I choose to do so.
