So it seems I missed some important steps. Now it is working with the
headings spoken by the irritable narrator and the text is read by
Sangeeta.
Another thing irritates me. Even though I am deleting my name from the
creator box, my name is announced as the creator. Can I avoid it? I am not
using any other name since this may not be the best compilation.
I notice that two folders are created, daisy 202 and z3986. I am deleting
z2986 and renaming daisy202 with the desired title. Is it ok?
I selected English US, the traditional language. Will it be better if I
select any other English?

As per this error message, the language of your document is not set
correctly.
Perform the following steps.
1. select all text in the file.
2. go to accessibility menu and then press the language button.
3. select Hindi in the list and click OK.
4. save the file and try to convert again.

Yes, it is a sapi 5 voice and it works for both narrator and NVDA.
