Dear sir, since JAWS is not a open source, the ZOTERO team may not be able to test the Zotero application running jaws. They also repeated that Zotero was too small a project to make proper accessibility checks. Hope most of the options that are accessible with NVDA will be accessible with JAWS. Since I have NVDA alone as my screen-reader, I am not able to tell you how much it is accessible with JAWS....
