Dear friends, I got a very peculiar request for an orthopedically challenged student in Hyderabad. She can not use her hands to write the exam. Besides, she has some verbal problem which makes it difficult for others to understand what she is talking. Only those who talk with her for some time can understand what she is saying. She is in tenth class. How should we go about having a scribe for her?
