It is not going to be accessible in near future for sure. If you guys
want, then write an e-mail to c...@nic.in stating that you are
students pursuing CS, and have been facing problems with MCA's website
and MCA21 (e-forms).

You can say that you don't want to join as a complainant being
students, or you can authorise me to do things on your behalf in this
complaint. And if you don't want to join then request that this may be
considered by the Court in the case of Amar Jain vs Ministry of
Corporate Affairs (Case No. 2172/1101/2014)
