Has anyone received concession card in Mumbai I mean people who live in Mumbai applied from Mumbai? I have submitted my Application on 31st July and still haven't received when I enquired after 2 month they said it is not yet ready and I'll get it in December wondering, if anyone tried enquiring once applied for Railway Concession Card?
