Hi Today I tried using the classicshell programme. For those who have been using XP for a long time, the tool will certainly help them. Even otherwise, usability experience gets enhanced by using this. Although the system that I tried on had modest configuration, even then, there was no significant delay or lag using this. Although the time I used this was for a very short time, It is certainly a option to consider for those who are contemplating to move to Windows10 and who are a bit nervous. It also has the Win7 option for those who want that feel on the desktop. However, I tried with the classic style and I am impressed with it.
Although you don't loose anything in terms of functionability of Win10 you get the ease of use of the old style desktop layout. You can get this from classicshell.net This is a freeware and I tried using both NVDA and Jaws. It worked equally well with them both. Harish.
