Both have been done. Visually impaired customers face specific issues owing to thumb impression, inability to read printed documents (unless they are converted in digital format), and additional requirements of declarations, undertaking, co-borrowers or guarantor owing to visual impairment, required separate treatment with certain enabling guidelines.
