Hello, West Bengal Election Commission has asked us to send our suggestions on participation of disabled voters in election. They want to know what they should do to encourage disabled voters of all categories in election.
They are already supplying candidate list in Braille and arranging ramp etc. for disabled voters. What else they can do to improve the number of disabled voters?
