Hi Yogesh, Practical advice would be too approach the Department's HR and Ministry first. CCPD as of now a body good for nothing because there is no Chief Commissioner to look after the orders which are pending to be passed. I know I am harsh from activists point of view, but this is the reality accept it or not that I leave it to others.
If that also fails, then first go to DOPT. And lastly PMO. The channel is long but at least you will get a solution.
