A well-written and timely article Avinash, great effort!

I am really glad that you have raised the issue of internal hierarchy
existing within the disabled population as the case with other
marginalized sections. It is also an important point in your article
that PWDA is not legally binding nor potential of invoking any
punitive measures against the commissions and omissions affecting the
disabled. Hope the new RPD bill will not worsen the situation
further...
