Hello sir!
DCM office Mumbai CST has started issuing the ID card for on-line booking. You may approach to them with your acknowledgment of application and original concession and dissability certificate. For on-line certificate of dissability, you may go to thane civil hospital. Recently, 2 of my VI friends got the same from there.

Subject: [AI] ID card for on-line railway reservation

Dear list members,
I am from Mumbai. Has anyone from Mumbai got the on-line railway
reservation id card? Please let me know the procedure for the same. I
have submitted all the documents almost 4 months ago but so far I have
not received any reply. Actually they need on-line handicap
certificate But since I am from Dombivali I have to get from
Ulhasnagar civil hospital. They do not have on-line facility. They
only put the registration number by hand. I have an old Thane
hospital disability certificate which is given on permanent basis
since I have crossed the age limit. So Ulhasnagar hospital does not
issue fresh certificate as well. So what do I need to do.
Also please let me know if there is any way to submit on-line request
for this id card.
Sincerely,
C. B.. Kulkarni --
