I just downloaded the notification. But unfortunetly, the pdf file
accessibility is very very poor. So unable to understand the containth
properly.
Moreover, the problem of advance declaration of scribe details is still
there. I think our NGOs should come forward to solve this problem
permenently. Because the exam date, time and city are not yet fix, then how
can we engage any person as scribe in advance?
