Dear all, I often come across incidents of name-calling the blind by the sighted and my friends want to know whether it is possible to penalise such sighted persons who resort to name-calling thereby hurting the blind. As far as I know, there's no such provision in the PWD Act. Learned experts may kindly enlighten on the matter.
