totally wrong information. microsoft surface 4 which is going to release in india in some ours is a laptab on which u can run any desktop app. that means u can install any version of jaws or nvda. u however have to install jaws 17 as its windows 10 x64 powered it will release for around 60000 in india today. it has a touch screen and keyboard so if u dont want to use a touch screen use a keyboard
