Dear Shankar, To get a railway concession ID for booking of online train reservation tickets at IRCTC, you have to approach to the nearest DRM Office of railways (Commercial Department), An application will have to be submitted with the following documents:
1. Physically Handicap Certificate. 2. ID proof. 3. Two Passport size Photograph. 4.
