When you dial 139 helpline and give your pnr number, it tells you your coach 
number. I have seen it happening on the trains I travel.

In my openian, railway should publish the coatch position from engin for every 
train on the website. Further there should be anouncement of coatch position on 
the station like they are doing in mumbai.

I appreciate the Railway's will to do something for the disabled cum visually 
challenged, alas, Braille is not the lone solution. in fact, as George sir 
asserted, It is socially inaccessible. an audio facility would fetch a good 
result. better, the government can come with an App to locate the coaches 
instead of Braille signs.
