You can revisit the Access India archive. Over the months, I have
shared numourous secondary sources on the issue. You could also google
EPW articles and one cover story appeared in the Pioneer in 2014.
Manormaonline and the Indian Express would also be handy.  I can share
with you my MPhil Dissertation also where I had wrote one section on
access to higher education for students with disabilities. You can
refer the work with relevant citations. I also moderated the
discussion hosted by SavitriPhule and ILS law college Pune on the
topic at Pune last year. Good luck.
