dear sonu. latest NVDA doesn't provide eloquants free off cost. it has only eSpeak as synthesiser. but, eloquants can be purchased from code factory which is available in NVDA official page. NVDA tutorial is available in nvda software itself in help menu which is more than enough. else, you can download audio tutorials. i will give you the link if you want.
