Dear Rajesh,

I have greater questions to pose.

Seeing this advertisement, let assume more than 1 crore people apply
for this smart phone. That would imply collection of more than Rs. 250
crores of finance with the government.
Is there any firm which has a capacity of producing more than 1 crore
handsets immediately? Within how many days the demand would be
fulfilled? What would be the logistics in place? If the handset is not
in line with the expectations of the consumer or user, is there any
reverse logistics in place? What are the features of these handsets
and who has assured about its quality?

These are unanswered questions and I believe it is difficult to give
solid answers to these. I think, the various costs involved in the
total transaction is much greater than the benifits.
