hello,
better option to learn these techniques would be to approach any NGO
who conduct such kind of course or acquire the suitable guidance.
considering your location, i prefer to seek advise from them. this
can surely be achieved by arranging the few direct meetings with them
and learn the same face to face.

technology surely comes to your assistance in performing these daily
routine tasks but without getting yourself acquainted with the common
sense to identify problems, to develop the general perception on
learning these skills, technological usage can merely remains
impracticable.

so you may contact the NGOS like mitrajyoti which provides the special
emphasis on the empowerment of the women with visual impairment. i
myself had recommended few girls recently for their training and so
far they are undergoing the training at Mitrajyoti and their
experience is pleasant.

hope that helps.
