The problems are: 1. The side links are in the form of menus, which do pose a challenge while accessing with screen readers. This is post the login. 2. Filling ITR with Java utility is still not accessible, and last year there was a proposal to drop out the excel utility which never happened actually. 3. The captcha audio quality is good, however the play captcha image needs to be labeled such that it reads the same across browsers. 4. The form 26AS does not have a good table navigation (which would typically be in the domain of TRACES). There are other issues with TRACES such as their own captcha has no alternate but that can be a separate discussion. 5. The know your pan and TAN under the services link needs proper segregation for a screen reader. -- Amar Jain.
